I consider minors over the age of 14, at an age where they definitely should be prosecuted as an adult, especially if the crime is violent. I struggle with this question because many kids who commit these crimes come from violent homes, so they often repeat what they see or experience. | |||

| Education funding & expanding access to healthcare. Education should continue to be funded as the constitution requires. If the legislature would stop fighting over why we have to care about kids, we might be able to secure funding. The legislature should come to agreement on what the term rainy means. When they decide what the term means then they can determine when to use those funds to move our state forward. Accept the funding from the federal government for Medicaid expansion. |
